An online store that sells, not just one that looks good

We build stores on the platform that fits your business, with every integration you need for it to work from day one: payments, couriers, invoicing, e-Factura, marketplaces.

  • You already sell and your current platform is slowing you down
  • You are launching a product and want to start right, not repair it in a year
  • You have a store, but orders are processed by hand

01 · What it costs you today

  • You are paying for traffic that does not buy

Ads bring visitors in, but the cart gets abandoned. Almost always the cause sits in the checkout, in page speed, or in the missing payment method your customer actually prefers.

  • Orders get processed by hand

Someone copies the details into the invoicing software, someone else passes them to the courier. At ten orders a day it is annoying. At a hundred it becomes impossible.

  • The platform is holding you back

You want a new feature and you are told it cannot be done, or that it can only be done with a module that costs half of what the store did.

  • You do not know whether you are legally in the clear

e-Factura, the right of withdrawal, consumer information. The rules keep changing, and the fines are not negotiable.

02 · What you get

  • The right platform, chosen with you

We do not sell one platform because it is the one we know. We choose based on your catalogue, your order volume and your maintenance budget over three years.

  • Complete integrations from day one

Payment processors, couriers, invoicing software, e-Factura, your ERP if you have one, marketplaces if you sell there too. Part of the project, not an extra.

  • A checkout built for the local market

Two in three Romanian shoppers choose cash on delivery. A checkout that treats it as an exception loses most of the orders.

  • Compliance solved, not promised

Consumer information, the right of withdrawal, electronic invoicing. We implement them and show you where they are, so you can defend them in an inspection.

  • Speed measured, not claimed

We optimise to Google's mobile thresholds and give you the numbers before and after. Page speed shows up directly in the conversion rate.

  • Handover with documentation

You get access to everything, code included, plus a written guide for your team. You do not stay dependent on us to add a product.

03 · How we work

  1. 01

    Analysis

We look at the catalogue, the order flow and what you already use. The output is a scope document, not a generic quote.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We pick the platform and the integrations, with the reasoning written down. This is also where the long-term costs get decided, not just the launch ones.

  3. 03

    Build

We deliver in stages, with the store visible early. You see progress instead of waiting three months for a surprise.

  4. 04

    Launch and after

Migration with redirects, monitoring, maintenance. The stage most people skip, and where most of the problems come from.

04 · Results

  • 500k → 650klei per month, FineBar

With the commercial markup raised from 15 to 20 per cent, towards 20 to 25.

  • 38k → 150klei per month, Horus Center

Within three months of taking over the accounts. ROAS 6.

These are the figures reported by the clients themselves, for their own accounts, over the periods shown. We do not turn them into derived percentages and we do not present them as reproducible.

05 · What people usually ask us

“I already have a store, I do not want to start over.”
Most of the time you do not need to. We run an audit first and tell you honestly whether it is worth repairing or rebuilding. If repairing is the answer, that is what we propose, even though it is the smaller project.
“Shopify is cheaper and faster to get going.”
Sometimes it genuinely is, and then that is what we recommend. The difference shows up in the three-year cost, in the transaction fees, and in what happens when you need an integration the platform does not have.
“How long does it take?”
A standard store with full integrations goes live in six to ten weeks. If someone promises you two, ask what they are leaving out.

06 · Frequently asked questions

Which platform do you build on?
The one that fits your case. We work with WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and headless setups. The recommendation comes after the analysis, with the reasoning written down, not before.
Do you include the e-Factura integration?
Yes. It is a legal requirement and we treat it as part of the project, not as an extra module.
What happens to the old store and to our Google rankings?
We build a page by page redirect map and keep the redirects for at least a year. Without that, a migration can wipe out years of organic traffic.
Who owns the code?
You do. You get access to everything, source files included, and the rights transfer contractually.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes, in packages with defined response times. A store without maintenance degrades quietly until the day it goes down.

Shall we talk about your project?

Tell us where you stand. If we are not the right answer for you, you will hear it in the first conversation.
