Web & Development

The system that fits your process, not the other way round

We build CRMs, ERPs, client portals and MVPs shaped around your company's real workflow, with a separate, paid discovery phase, so you learn the truth about the project before you spend the budget.

  • Excel has become your core system and it breaks every time someone opens it on another computer
  • You pay a licence for an off-the-shelf CRM or ERP, but the team still works in parallel, in Excel
  • You want to launch a new product and you need to know how much to set aside before you find out whether there is demand

01 · What it costs you today

  • Your data is scattered across three systems that do not talk to each other

Someone copies it by hand, once a week, from one system into another. Sometimes they get it wrong, and the decision gets made on stale numbers.

  • The freelancer left, and the code became untouchable

Nobody on the team understands what is behind it and nobody dares to change it. Every new request stops right there.

  • The fixed price turned into unwritten requirements

Things nobody put in the contract keep surfacing, and now you are being asked for half the budget again to keep the project going.

  • You do not know whether the problem really calls for custom software

Maybe your process overlaps with a product that already exists, and custom would be money thrown away. Maybe not. Without discovery, you are guessing.

02 · What you get

  • A scoping document and process maps

Discovery is separate, paid and delivered on its own. If you do not go further with us, the document stays yours.

  • A clickable prototype, not just a drawing

We validate the flow with real users before writing production code, so we do not build something nobody uses.

  • A working application delivered in phases

The MVP first, with real users in production, then later modules based on real feedback rather than assumptions made at the start.

  • Integration with the systems you already use

ERP, accounting, invoicing, external services. The new system connects to what already works instead of replacing it for no reason.

  • Source code and infrastructure owned by you

From day one, with deployment documentation. It removes the biggest risk in a custom project: dependence on a single supplier.

  • A maintenance plan with a clear SLA

The monthly maintenance cost is tracked explicitly, not hidden in a surprise invoice after the first incident.

03 · How we work

  1. 01

    Qualification call

No cost. We check whether the problem really needs a custom app or can be solved more cheaply another way.

  2. 02

    Paid discovery

1 to 3 weeks. We come out with a realistic scope, budget and timeline, not with numbers pulled out of the air.

  3. 03

    Design and MVP

We validate the flow with a prototype, then ship the first working flow into production, in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each.

  4. 04

    Controlled launch and scaling

A small group of real users, active monitoring, then expansion based on usage data rather than on the original assumptions.

04 · Results

  • KJ Centerone single platform

ERP, POS, accounting and HR in a single system, integrated with ANAF (the Romanian tax authority), e-Factura, e-Transport, Revisal, Saga, FiscalNet and the bank POS.

  • luxeria.roLuxeria

Their own CRM, integrated with the phone system and with the website.

  • spitalultulkarem.roTulkarem Hospital

A telemedicine platform built from scratch.

These are the figures reported by the clients themselves, for their own accounts, over the periods shown. We do not turn them into derived percentages and we do not present them as reproducible.

05 · What people usually ask us

“It is too expensive.”
Compare the cost with what the problem costs you today, not with zero. One hour of recurring manual work, multiplied by the number of employees and by 12 months, often exceeds the cost of an MVP in the first year. If your process matches an existing product by more than 80%, we tell you that in discovery, we do not sell custom where a subscription is cheaper in the long run.
“It takes too long.”
A well-scoped MVP delivers value in 6 to 12 weeks, not 6 to 12 months. Projects that run a year almost always started with an undefined scope, not with real technical complexity.
“We will do it in-house, we have a developer.”
An in-house developer is right for ongoing maintenance, but rarely has the capacity for a build from scratch without stopping current IT work. We build the MVP and the architecture, your team takes over maintenance with full documentation.

06 · Frequently asked questions

How much does a custom web app cost?
A simple MVP starts from roughly 15,000 EUR, a medium complexity system typically lands at 10,000 to 30,000 EUR, and an enterprise system starts from 30,000 EUR upwards. The exact figure comes after discovery.
Why not simply buy an existing CRM or ERP?
Sometimes that is exactly what we recommend. If your process overlaps an established product by more than 80%, a subscription is cheaper in the long run. Custom is only justified when your business logic is specific enough that configuring an existing product would need so many exceptions that you would effectively be rebuilding the system anyway.
How long does a project take?
A working MVP, in production, typically 6 to 12 weeks after discovery ends. Large projects are delivered in successive phases, not in one single launch.
Who owns the code at the end?
The client, entirely: source code, infrastructure, documentation.
Do you have experience in our industry?
We have delivered across more than 20 industries, from retail to hospitality to delivery to education. Discovery covers the specifics of each domain, it does not apply a template.
