Legal document

Terms and conditions

The conditions for using the site, intellectual property, and the company's identification details.

This document governs only the use of the alucardgroup.com website, it is not a services contract. Services contracts with Alucard clients (web development, marketing, branding and so on) are separate documents, negotiated individually per project, outside the scope of this public site.

Last updated: 5 September 2026.

1. Who operates this site

The alucardgroup.com website is operated by Alucard Solutions Ltd, with its registered office at 112 Morden Road, London, SW19 3BP, United Kingdom, registered at Companies House, England and Wales, under number 16241340 (“Alucard”, “we”, “the site”).

Alucard Group also operates offices in the United States of America (Chicago, IL) and in South Korea (Seoul). Those offices serve clients in their respective regions, but the alucardgroup.com site is operated by the entity named above, which remains the only party responsible for its content and its operation. The identification details of the operating entity are shown permanently in the footer of every page.

By using this site, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not continue using the site.

2. What these terms cover

This document sets out the conditions for using the site. It does not constitute and does not replace a services contract. The information published on the site (service descriptions, portfolio, indicative prices where they appear, blog articles) is for information only and does not represent a firm offer in the legal sense of the term. Any concrete commercial engagement with Alucard Group is established through a separate contract, negotiated directly with our team, with terms specific to that project (scope, price, deadlines, deliverables, intellectual property).

3. Permitted use of the site

You may browse, read and share the content of this site for legitimate personal or professional purposes (for example, sending a link to a colleague). You may not:

  • copy, reproduce or republish the content of the site (text, design, code, portfolio materials) without our prior written consent, other than short quotations with clear attribution;
  • use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful or abusive content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, including through the contact forms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the systems, the database or the administration area of the site;
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or data from the site, other than generally accepted search engine crawlers (for example, Googlebot).

4. Intellectual property

4.1 The site’s own content

The source code, design, original text, graphic materials and structure of this site are the property of Alucard Solutions Ltd, protected by Romanian Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights and by the applicable trademark legislation. All rights reserved:

© [year] Alucard Solutions Ltd. All rights reserved.

4.2 Portfolio materials, our clients’ projects

The portfolio presented on this site contains projects delivered for Alucard clients, sometimes with the client’s name and brand visible. These materials are published:

  • either under a portfolio clause provided for in the services contract signed with that client, which allows us to present the work delivered (in full or in part) in our own promotional materials, except where the client has expressly requested confidentiality;
  • or under the client’s explicit written consent, where no such clause existed in the contract.

For the photo and video materials in the portfolio that come from contracts signed before a standardised portfolio clause was introduced, the usage rights remain governed by those original contracts.

4.3 Client trademarks

The trademarks, names and logos of the clients mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used exclusively for informational and descriptive purposes, to illustrate the projects delivered, with their consent. Mentioning a client in the portfolio does not imply any current association, endorsement or partnership beyond the project described, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

The information published on this site is offered in good faith, but it is general and informational in nature. We do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free of errors at all times. Alucard Group is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site’s content, without a discussion and a concrete commercial proposal from our team.

We reserve the right to modify, update or remove content from the site at any time, without prior notice, except for changes to the legal documents (this page, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy), where the date of the last update is displayed visibly.

The site may contain links to third party sites (social networks, partners, sources cited in blog articles) and, occasionally, content embedded from third party platforms. We do not control and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third party sites. Following an external link is at the user’s own risk, and the privacy policy of that external site applies from the moment it is accessed.

7. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint about a service contracted from us or about the use of this site, please contact us directly first, using the details in Section 9. Most situations are resolved through direct communication.

The European online dispute resolution platform (ODR) has been discontinued. It stopped accepting complaints on 20 March 2025, and the data was permanently deleted by 20 July 2025 (EU Regulation 2024/3228). From that date there is no longer any obligation to display a link to the ODR platform, and this document does not include one.

This site does not sell products or services online: it has no shopping cart, it processes no payments and it does not allow a distance contract to be concluded. The contact form serves exclusively to start a commercial conversation. Consequently, no consumer contract arises from the mere use of the site.

Disputes relating to a services contract signed separately with us are resolved under the clauses of that contract, which sets out the method of amicable resolution and the applicable court or procedure.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of the entity that operates the site, indicated in Section 1.

Any dispute arising from the use of this site that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts at the registered office of that same entity.

Services contracts signed separately with clients may provide for a different governing law and a different competent court, in which case the provisions of that contract prevail over this section for the relationships arising from it.
