Marketing & ADS

You already have the email address. What is missing is the system that turns it into sales

Automated abandoned cart, onboarding and win-back flows, on a compliant technical foundation, measured in revenue generated rather than in open rates inflated by Apple.

  • You have a contact base that is “asleep” with no automated flows
  • You lose orders to abandoned carts every month
  • You do not know whether your newsletter does anything beyond an open rate

01 · What it costs you today

  • You send a newsletter, but you see no money

An open rate that looks good, artificially inflated by Apple Mail by 15 to 20 percentage points, says nothing about revenue.

  • Hundreds of abandoned carts every month, untouched

Every untreated abandoned cart is a lost sale with a marginal recovery cost of almost zero.

  • A purchased list that destroys deliverability

Five times more likely to hit a spam trap, with a 30 to 90 day recovery, during which even your real transactional emails can be affected.

  • Old customers disappear with no re-contact process

Winning back an inactive customer costs 5 to 10 times less than acquiring a new one, but with no win-back flow you simply let them go.

02 · What you get

  • An audit of the sending domain and the list

SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified, plus an honest assessment of the quality and origin of the existing list.

  • Technical setup compliant with Google and Yahoo

Full authentication, one-click unsubscribe, ready for bulk sender status if the volume demands it.

  • Flows connected to real behaviour

Abandoned cart, onboarding, win-back, triggered by an action rather than sent “because it is Tuesday”.

  • Documented consent, compliant with GDPR and Law 506/2004

No purchased lists, whatever the pressure to grow the base quickly.

  • Reporting on revenue generated, not on open rate

Click rate, conversion rate and revenue per email, the metrics a pixel cannot artificially inflate.

  • Handover with documentation and full access

The system stays working and transferable to any other team, if you ever end the engagement.

03 · How we work

  1. 01

    Technical and list audit

Domain authentication, the quality and origin of the list, the platform in use and the flows already running.

  2. 02

    Segmentation strategy

The relevant behavioural triggers and the order in which the flows get implemented.

  3. 03

    Build and testing

We build the flows, test them on real data and check deliverability on Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook.

  4. 04

    Handover and ongoing optimisation

Full documentation, a maintenance plan for authentication, then A/B testing and expansion based on real results.

04 · Results

  • horus-center.roHorus Center

Automated sequences on purchase behaviour, integrated with the store.

  • finebar.roFineBar

Catalogue and win-back campaigns across the existing customer base.

These are the figures reported by the clients themselves, for their own accounts, over the periods shown. We do not turn them into derived percentages and we do not present them as reproducible.

05 · What people usually ask us

“We already have a newsletter, we are doing fine.”
The open rate the platform reports says far less today than it did a few years ago, because of Apple Mail Privacy Protection. We run a free audit on the real attributed revenue and on the technical authentication.
“It is expensive for an email.”
We are not selling an email, we are selling a system that runs automatically around the clock. We compare the cost with the value of the orders recovered monthly from abandoned carts, not with the price of a single message.
“We bought a list, let us use it.”
Five times more likely to hit a spam trap, a 30 to 90 day recovery if it happens, and in the meantime even your real transactional emails can be affected. That is not an opinion, it is the technical mechanics of deliverability.

06 · Frequently asked questions

How much does implementing email automation flows cost?
From a few hundred euro for a simple welcome sequence, up to 1,000 to 1,500 euro for a complete set of flows with segmentation. We set the exact figure after the initial audit.
Why do SPF, DKIM and DMARC matter if we send small volumes?
Because at the first larger volume, their absence means messages get rejected outright, not merely a drop in performance, and because they protect the domain even at low volume.
Our open rate looks good, why do you recommend another metric?
Since 2021, Apple Mail automatically pre-loads email content, inflating the open rate whether or not the message was read. Click rate and revenue generated remain the metrics you can rely on.
Can we use the address list we bought a few years ago?
We strongly recommend against using it without rigorous cleaning. The probability of hitting a spam trap is 5 times higher than with a list built through real opt-in.
What happens if we end the engagement?
We hand over full access and documentation of the flows. The system stays working and transferable to any other team.
