The website that sells for you before anyone picks up the phone
We build corporate websites, landing pages and campaign microsites that win a visitor in the first few seconds and carry them all the way to the contact form, not just to the “about us” page.
- You have traffic, but almost nobody fills in the contact form
- Your competitors look more professional than you, even though you offer more
- You are entering a new market and you have nothing in that language
01 · What it costs you today
The first impression is decided in 50 milliseconds
That is how long a visitor takes to decide whether to stay or leave. A site that looks eight years old loses that decision before anyone reads a single word.
You have traffic, but the form stays empty
Ads and SEO bring visitors in, but an unclear message or too long a road to the CTA loses them on the way, before they ever make contact.
A slow site loses customers on mobile
Most traffic in Romania comes from phones. A few tenths of a second more on load means visitors who never get as far as your offer.
The cheap freelancer disappeared, and the site breaks with every update
A low starting price hides the real cost: unsupported plugins, no maintenance at all, and a site that quietly degrades.
02 · What you get
Content architecture, not generic pages
We order the information the way a buyer would ask a salesperson: what you do, who for, with what results, how they get in touch.
Built on a CMS or headless
We build on the platform that fits your brand, easy for your team to run, not just for us.
Forms, CRM and booking integrations
The lead lands straight where your sales team works, with no copying and pasting out of email.
Baseline technical SEO, included from launch
Structure, indexing and correct structured data from day one, not bolted on later when you notice you are nowhere in Google.
Speed optimised and measured on Core Web Vitals
A 0.1 second improvement in mobile speed was associated with up to 21.6% more progression towards form submission on lead generation sites.
Handover with admin panel training
You stay independent after launch. You can update content yourself, without depending on us for every changed paragraph.
03 · How we work
- 01
Discovery and strategy
Objectives, audience, competitors. We come out with a content plan, not an empty page to fill in.
- 02
Architecture and design
Wireframes built on the conversion flow, then UI design aligned with your brand identity.
- 03
Development and optimisation
We build the site and optimise Core Web Vitals at delivery, not as a separate service added later.
- 04
Launch and training
Handover with training on the admin panel. Maintenance support available if you want us to stay alongside.
04 · Results
- hbledu.roHappy Blue Lessons
Brochure website for maths tutoring and professional training courses, built from the content structure through to publication.
These are the figures reported by the clients themselves, for their own accounts, over the periods shown. We do not turn them into derived percentages and we do not present them as reproducible.
05 · What people usually ask us
- “A freelancer will build my site for less.”
- Sometimes that really is the right call, for a small project with nothing riding on the brand. The price gap reported in the market reflects the total cost though: availability, continuity if the person moves on, and a site that does not break at the first update.
- “It takes too long.”
- Our timelines match the market for custom agency projects. The extra time compared with an off-the-shelf theme goes exactly into the content architecture and the speed work that decide whether the site converts.
- “I just want the old one made faster, not a new one.”
- If the underlying structure is sound, that is what we do, and that conversation belongs to performance, security and maintenance. If the platform has to change completely, we start from a rebuild and migration, not from scratch.
06 · Frequently asked questions
- How much does a brochure website cost at Alucard?
- It depends on the tier, from a landing page or microsite through to a multilingual corporate site. The exact cost comes after discovery, not over the phone.
- How long does a project take?
- A standard corporate site usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. A microsite can be delivered faster, while a multilingual project or one with complex integrations can run to 2 to 4 months.
- How is this different from an eCommerce site?
- A brochure website informs and convinces, but it does not process payments or orders. If you sell products with a cart, couriers and automated invoicing, you need eCommerce.
- Can we run the site ourselves after delivery?
- Yes, we deliver on an easy to use CMS and we run training on the admin panel directly with your team.
- Do you guarantee a certain number of leads or a position in Google?
- No, nobody serious can guarantee that. What we guarantee is the technical execution that removes the objective reasons visitors leave, results also depend on traffic and on the market.
Shall we talk about your project?
Tell us where you stand. If we are not the right answer for you, you will hear it in the first conversation.
